  • Make an Impact! As an Epic Principal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining course curriculum and supporting training materials. You will work closely with application analysts to ensure training materials and associated tools are in sync with specific application and training environment. Use your collaboration and communication skills to partner with department managers, credentialed trainers, and super users to transition new hires/transfers to the appropriate workflow training and support program.     Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried

    Shift: Day Schedule - Monday-Friday. There is a rotating Sunday requirement for upgrades (infrequent).

Experience:
1. Minimum of two to four years Epic experience preferred
2. Experience in adult education/training in the healthcare industry or related field strongly preferred.

Education:
1. Bachelors degree in technology, clinical or related field.
2. Masters preferred in related discipline.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Epic certifications in both training and assigned application area or must be willing to travel to Verona, Wisconsin for Epic training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed training.
2. All certifications must be actively maintained with New Version Training (NVT) certification required as applicable.
