Job Description: Global Payroll Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS 66251 Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

Position Overview
- The Global Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries and regions.
- This role requires strong knowledge of global payroll practices, compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards.
- Partner with global payroll providers, auditors, and benefits administrators to ensure compliance and service-level excellence.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, tax information, and deductions.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare payroll-related reports, metrics, and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve automation, and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to support data integration and policy alignment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple time zones.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Preferred: Master's degree or certifications such as CPP, GPA, or IPP
Payroll Experience
- Required: Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience
- Preferred: 2+ years in global or multi-country payroll
Industry Knowledge
- Required: Understanding of global payroll compliance and tax regulations
- Preferred: Familiarity with labor laws across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
Systems Experience
- Required: Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
- Preferred: Experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle
Certifications
- Preferred: International payroll certifications (GPMI, CIPP, IPP)
