We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equity Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact group during a pivotal time of change and growth for our organization. As the Equity Specialist, you'll be instrumental in managing our equity programs and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and transparency in equity-related matters.

You Will:



  • Oversee the administration of equity, including management of the cap table and global stock incentive plans
  • Ensure compliance with US and international regulations, taxation requirements, and internal company policies
  • Manage the equity administration platform, ensuring data integrity and optimizing system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Operations, Accounting, Payroll and Corporate Governance to align equity programs with business objectives
  • Lead coordination with external legal counsel on plan design, interpretation, and administration, including the potential implementation of an employee stock purchase plan
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and scalability in equity administration.
  • Assist in creating and delivering communication materials and training related to equity based rewards programs as needed
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports related to equity compensation
  • Stay current on legislation, market trends, and technology advancements affecting equity based rewards
  • Contribute best practices for equity administration during a period of organizational transformation; recommend and implement changes to maintain compliance and competitiveness


You Have:



  • Degree in business/related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and/or certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Legal, Accounting/Finance, or a related discipline, preferably within a public company.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with strong skills in Excel formulas and functions.

  • Familiarity with Shareworks and Fidelity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary: $137,000 - $165,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
