As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations Tech in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech-focused location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and coordinating responses from a central hub. You will conduct routine communications, remain highly visible, and interact regularly with onsite personnel to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Operate as a central communication point for security-related activities, assisting with the coordination of responses to incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity within the data center location.
• Receive and document incident reports, dispatching appropriate personnel to various areas as needed.
• Communicate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns or developing situations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all incidents, dispatches, and communications in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by addressing inquiries and facilitating access protocols as appropriate.
• Assist in the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
