Technical Sales Representative

B&G Manufacturing is looking for a technically minded professional to join our sales team. You don't need years of sales experience-we're looking for someone with strong machining knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers succeed.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll become the trusted advisor for our customers by:

• Developing relationships with existing and new customers
• Reviewing drawings and customer requirements
• Recommending manufacturing solutions for custom fasteners and precision components
• Preparing quotations and working with our manufacturing team to ensure accurate pricing
• Coordinating with engineering, production, and scheduling to meet customer expectations
• Following projects from quote through production and delivery
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

We're interested in candidates with experience such as:

• CNC Machinist
• CNC Programmer
• CNC Setup Technician
• Manufacturing Engineer
• Applications Engineer
• Estimator
• Technical Manufacturing Professional

You should have:

• Strong machining and manufacturing knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Organized, self-motivated work style
• Sales experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the right technically minded candidate.
