This is a 3- 6 month contract. Performance will be evaluated every 3 months to discuss extensions. Our client is looking for 3 different Journey Leads to support 3 different journeys. Journey Leads: All about over seeing the journey. They will not have a delivery team as their role is one of influence. As they look across the journey, the parts of the website that they own is the: 1. Learn experience, (what are your products, what do they do and how much to they cost) 2. Buy experience configure your order 3. Checkout Experience: Enter your information, enter the payment details, shipping info and click submit *Overview:* The Journey Lead is a strategic role focused on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints. This position is not tied to the delivery cycle but instead takes a holistic view of the customer journey, identifying pain points and influencing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences before, during, and after purchase. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Customer Journey Ownership:* * Champion the customer experience from initial engagement through post-purchase activation. * Ensure alignment between what customers expect during the buy flow and what they receive upon delivery and activation. * *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* * Partner with product teams to understand hardware evolution and its impact on the customer journey. * Influence teams across eCommerce, omni-channel, and operations to deliver consistent experiences. * *Strategic Insight & Analysis:* * Step back from short-term delivery pressures to focus on long-term strategic improvements. * Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. * Present findings and recommendations during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). * *Leadership & Advocacy:* * Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring decisions prioritize customer needs. * Drive orchestration of processes that enhance quality and longevity of solutions. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in *Customer Experience (CX)*, *Journey Mapping*, or *Business Transformation*. * Strong understanding of *eCommerce* and *omni-channel environments*. * Exceptional communication and influencing skills to work effectively at a leadership level. * Ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable strategies. *What Makes This Role Unique:* Unlike traditional Product Managers or Owners focused on delivery, the Journey Lead operates at a strategic level, connecting the dots across teams and ensuring the customer experience is cohesive and optimized for long-term success. *Top Skills Details* e-commerce,omnichannel,customer experience *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Excellent Communication Customer Obsessiveness Customer Experience *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
