As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Telecom in Bristow, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your visible presence will contribute to a secure environment while you interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with resolution.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents as outlined in site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions and provide information as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and contribute to a secure environment within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
