Security Officer - Auto Patrol

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol in Hixson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive dealership location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, providing a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting regular patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive dealership and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for any irregularities.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Assist visitors, employees, and customers with inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employees, and emergency personnel as required.
• Follow all company protocols and client site instructions while on duty.
• Complete logs and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
