As a Temporary Talent Sourcer supporting healthcare programs at Cherokee Federal, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top clinical and non-clinical talent. You'll build strategic pipelines, promote our mission-driven opportunities, and ensure seamless candidate experience across high-impact healthcare initiatives.

Contract Talent Sourcer Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for licensed professionals and support staff.
  • Proactively engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach, especially for hard-to-fill and credentialed roles.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, certifications, and alignment with program needs; coordinate interviews with hiring managers and program leads.
  • Partner with operations and HR teams to support hiring across tribal health, federal contracts, and specialty care programs.
  • Promote Cherokee Federal's federal healthcare mission and solutions through compelling outreach and employer branding.
  • Build relationships with nursing schools, allied health programs, and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Use recruitment metrics and data to inform sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill.
  • Represent Cherokee Federal at healthcare career fairs, school visits, and industry events.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation and hiring processes comply with federal, tribal, and healthcare-specific regulations.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Contract Talent Sourcer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • 3+ years' experience recruiting healthcare professionals (e.g., RNs, LPNs, medical support staff).
  • Familiarity with credentialing requirements, licensure verification, and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and administrative teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for recruiting events and outreach.
  • Must pass the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
