What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting an orderly environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including the business premises and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity or unauthorized access to help to deter potential issues within the location.
• Document observations and report any irregularities, property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and orderly workplace.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent as required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
