Financial Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance. In this pivotal role, you will support our tech-refresh initiative, focused on upgrading customers to our next-generation products and transitioning them to a subscription-based, recurring revenue model.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for executing topline bookings reporting, supporting long-range planning, and leading analysis aimed at driving revenue growth and optimization. You will work closely with an experienced data analyst to refine and enhance bookings and install base reporting, providing clear visibility into key program outcomes-including conversion factors, revenue uplift, and opportunity value. This role requires strong collaboration with revenue operations, renewal operations, and sales leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.

The location for this role is the Seattle Metro area with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights and analytics that inform strategic decision making
  • Manage, refine, and analyze large datasets, ensuring outputs are accessible and meaningful for business stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments to support end-to-end reporting and planning processes
  • Prepare and present recurring financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate findings clearly to Sales and Marketing leaders, and actively contribute to business reviews and planning discussions
  • Translate analysis into strategic recommendations to enable partners to act on insights, or directly drive initiatives when appropriate


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within a SaaS or tech-driven environment; direct experience with annual recurring revenue (ARR) models is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting or BI tools
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across geographies and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop structured frameworks, gain stakeholder alignment, and drive fact-based decision-making
  • Refined business acumen coupled with an executive presence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field


Be Successful - Your Path

Six Months:



  • Collaborate effectively across multiple levels of management and staff within the Finance and Sales organizations
  • Confidently prepare and communicate key Sales KPIs and metrics, with a clear understanding of their business implications
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the monthly and quarterly close processes, as well as the tools and methodologies used for financial reporting and analysis
  • Confidently produce financial reporting and develop data driven forecasts by leveraging historical trends, pipeline data, and other business drivers, distilling key insights to communicate a cohesive story to stakeholders
  • Represent Sales Finance in cross-functional initiatives, contributing financial expertise and strategic perspective


One Year:



  • Be a trusted, strategic partner to Sales leadership and operations, with strong cross-functional relationships
  • Own install base and bookings reporting, delivering meaningful variance analysis and actionable insights to Sales and Finance leadership
  • Independently engage with functional business leads to communicate results and identify areas for improvements
  • Identify new KPIs and lead process enhancements to improve reporting and planning
  • Contribute to impactful projects that help Sales and Finance scale for expected long-term growth
