| Job Overview Are you a visionary digital leader ready to shape the future of enterprise marketing? Hubbell is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead global strategy across eCommerce, web, social media, and marketing technology platforms. The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing Director, Digital Marketing, will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that meet/exceed Hubbell's business objectives. The Director will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Hubbell brand portfolio across our global web and digital marketing channels following corporate brand and brand architecture strategy. They will ensure that every component of our digital properties is bold, innovative, drives measurable engagement, and are built from a user-centered perspective. They will develop digital and technology strategies that successfully support both the company's brand and revenue-generating opportunities, while connecting to the best tools, content, and integration in the technology ecosystem. The Director is responsible for leading a global team that handles Hubbell's eCommerce Enablement, Web Marketing, Social Media, and Marketing Technology platforms. This Director has a passion for B2B digital technology and leveraging it to build strong organizational marketing capabilities. They are extremely well versed in all things digital, comfortable with a wide array of enterprise technologies and solutions.
