Industrial Painter

Join Staffmark as an Industrial Painter in Dallas, TX! We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves preparing and painting metal and steel surfaces using a variety of tools and coatings to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. Pay: $18/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Apply primers, paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings to metal and steel surfaces.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking materials.
• Read and interpret work orders or blueprints.
• Measure surfaces and calculate material quantities needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to mix and apply coatings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Dependable and able to follow directions closely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous industrial or metal painting experience preferred.
