Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Receiving:

• Sign for all incoming packages and verify contents against purchase orders
• Check all received parts for accuracy, quantity, and condition
• Store materials in their designated locations and track any late or missing items

Kitting:

• Use Bills of Materials (BOMs) to assemble complete kits for production jobs
• Report any shortages to the purchasing department
• Sign off on kits when complete and release them to the production floor

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records in compliance with company quality standards
• Store all materials properly, separating consigned and on-hold inventory
• Return materials from production to proper locations and keep the materials area organized

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in material handling, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Must complete a Visual Acuity and Color Blindness Test per company policy
• Must meet ITAR requirements - U.S. citizenship or proof of status is required at interview check-in
