This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our New York, NY office.

What the day will look like

DMT Files & Databases

  • Aids in handling and refreshing records within databases such as AMLAW 200, ALAS Rates, and more.
  • Monthly Placement email to CPAU
  • Pull reports/seek missing and errors/Insurer analysis
  • BAR Renewal: Back-Up
  • AIMRRG Database: Back-Up
  • PILOT Database: Back-Up
Benchmarking
  • Build and pull benchmarking charts
  • Compose customized charts or graphic illustrations
File Insert System
  • Follow-up corrections and updating records
  • Assists in pulling reports in IQ repots
P&C Invoice Database
  • Add/Edit clients and insurers
  • Delete incorrect entries
  • Verifies data for errors and inconsistencies
  • Monthly check/extract/format for insurer analysis
Monthly Bridge Logs
  • Request Logs CITU (NY/CHI)
  • Monthly reconcile/chase CST on Missing/Errors
IT Support
  • Tech support of any issues (Citrix, missing folders, shared drive)
  • Submit request and tech-related requests on behalf of CST
  • Become conversant with insurance policy terms and conditions specific to the lines of insurance being serviced.
  • Ensure files are maintained in a timely fashion.
  • Input and/or check all data into data systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Aon or Professional Services systems or processes, including, but not limited to: Transparency Reports; Global Risk Insight Platform (GRIP); File Insert System; Insurance Invoice Database and Policy Intake & Delivery System.
  • Conform to internal transparency and other Professional Services and Aon protocols.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies with the Central Invoicing and Tax Unit (CITU).
  • Undertake various duties as assigned.

For our PSP Practice, you will run all reports, track all revenue, and ensure data is accurately entered into our systems.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities required.
  • Proficient in MS office products such as Word (intermediate to advanced preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel Intermediate to Advanced skill set is needed (working with pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Team oriented self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control workflow deadlines and be flexible.
  • Technically savvy and detail oriented.
  • Be energetic/have a proven sense of urgency.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is 56,900 - $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
