KPMG is currently seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and oversee the technical design and development of technology solutions through the entire project lifecycle to ensure business needs are met, transforming architectural, as well as business concepts, and requirements into robust technology
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts and develop best technical design, as well as propose solution approaches working with vendors and resource partners to assign proper resources to drive project success
  • Lead, moderate or participate in code reviews, unit testing and debugging, analyze and resolve defects identified through the QA process; prepare or assist in the preparation of implementation documentation; and support the implementation of applications into production
  • Guide the delivery team to establish the ongoing solution development and operations of data and AI management platforms
  • Transform architectural and business concepts and requirements into robust technology designs and engineering configurations to deliver sustainable solutions for data management and analytics areas, and ensure that technical and process architectures (application and information) are implemented and maintained to support core business functions
  • Create and maintain productive relationships with vendors and consultants to resolve operational issues, secure input and counsel on potential new initiatives, execute approved initiatives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum fifteen years of recent experience in business; minimum ten years of recent experience in leading, and managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Background managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and track deadlines and milestones and communicating status while also being attentive to details
  • Experience interacting and negotiating with senior leaders; executive presence, excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of people, lead large and small group discussions, and drive difficult conversations to successful outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills including interpreting and using information, problem solving, making decisions, dealing with complexity and strategic thinking
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
