We are seeking a Senior Director-CISO Operations, Technical Programs for our CISO organization who will manage a team and oversee initiatives that include establishing and driving efficiency and quality rigor across organizational wide and enterprise-wide security workflows and processes. These processes will include engagement with our threat intelligence and threat hunting workflows, our strategic relationships with external customers and partners, and our internal security governance workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for driving impact against strategic goals, ensuring alignment across teams to deliver critical outcomes, and managing and developing leaders across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, focusing on scalable operations that drive Microsoft's security vision forward. ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a strategic agenda across multiple cross-functional teams, identifying key opportunities and addressing critical gaps in the implementation of organization and enterprise wide operational processes.Provide executive-level guidance on strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational OKRs and KPIs, and driving the prioritization of high-impact initiatives.Lead teams to ensure they are meeting performance standards and seamless execution of security operations and a variety of programs.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with broader corporate priorities and strategic initiatives.Embody our culture and values
