About the Hiring Group RTI is seeking a strategic and collaborative partner to join our team as a Senior Workforce & Knowledge Specialist. This role provides an opportunity to apply expertise in workforce coordination, knowledge management, or a combination of both, depending on the candidate's strengths, experience and organizational priorities: Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain digitally enabled systems and processes that support the effective management, sharing, and utilization of institutional knowledge. Enhance access to critical information, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and ensure knowledge resources align with organizational priorities. Workforce Coordination: Analyze workforce data, forecast staffing needs, and develop strategic plans to optimize resource allocation across the organization. Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to align staffing strategies with business goals while promoting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee engagement. Whether optimizing labor strategies or enhancing institutional knowledge systems, this position plays a key role in delivering timely, accessible information that improves decision-making and elevates overall performance.
