| As the District Sales Manager at Crescent Electric, you will assist the Area Vice President in establishing market position and profitability of locations within the district. In this role, you will help in deciding customer segment focus, recruiting, training and motivating a salesforce and leveraging efficiencies with sales and marketing programs throughout the district. You will also create the proper work environment so the focus of employees is on continuous improvement of service offered to customers as well as building mutually-beneficial relationships with key customers and vendors.
