| Description The Clinic Director will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the practice. This includes financial management, staff supervision and development, quality assurance, purchasing, marketing, and patient satisfaction. The Director will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical and administrative staff to ensure that each location provides high quality care for patients. This is a full-time position working out of our Woodbury & Edina clinics, our clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm. Vascular & Interventional Experts is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions: 
  
 Develop and implement strategies to increase the practice's patient volume and revenue. Oversee the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and partnering with revenue cycle. Lead and manage the staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards for patients, employees and equipment. Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement protocols and best practices for patient care. Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through ongoing evaluation and feedback. Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to track progress towards key initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, and vendors to make informed decisions about operational activity and strategic goals. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Uphold organization policies and standards and ensure compliance with legislative regulations. Work closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. Any and all duties as assigned.
  Education and Experience Requirements:  
  
 Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field 10+ years of experience in a leadership role. Healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of clinic operations including CMS requirements, revenue cycle, finance, customer service, compliance and employee management. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands. Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines. Experience with budget and business plan development. Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings. Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience in healthcare practice management and electronic medical records systems. Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM).
