We are looking for a new Business Development Manger in our Southeast Region (must be located in VA, North or South Carolina) The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Referral Sources is responsible for driving growth by building, strengthening, and sustaining relationships with referral sources including physicians, physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a balance of strategic account development, consultative education, and disciplined execution to expand market share and support superior patient outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities Referral Source Engagement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, physical therapists, and other referral sources to drive awareness, education, and adoption of our solutions. Market Development: Identify and qualify new referral opportunities, building pipelines of business that lead to increased patient access and sales growth. Clinical Education & Support: Partner with clinical teams to deliver in-service trainings, patient case support, and outcome-based education to referral networks. Territory & Account Planning: Create structured call plans, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies to maximize coverage and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and support customer needs. Data-Driven Activity: Track referral patterns, analyze account performance, and report progress using CRM tools to guide territory strategy and share best practices. Customer Experience: Serve as a trusted consultant, providing resources, support, and solutions that enhance the referral source's ability to deliver excellent patient care. Qualifications
