About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Lead Field Technician (Onsite Support Lead) to join us. Provides onsite leadership for deskside and field support operations, ensuring timely and effective technical assistance for scientific and administrative users in a secure research setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervise deskside technicians performing imaging, deployment, break/fix, and lifecycle management.

  • Ensure compliance with security, ES&H, and operational procedures.

  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.

  • Coordinate with the Service Desk for escalations and incident resolution.

  • Serve as the point of contact for local facility management and lab operations teams.



Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop and field support within enterprise environments.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred).

  • Strong customer service and communication skills in high-sensitivity environments.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
