Rate of Pay: $172,453.00 per year

Duties:

  • Partner with sales reps and business development directors to promote research-based consulting capabilities with prospects and clients.
  • Work on client engagements from intake to execution, conducting discovery sessions, analyzing data, applying research-backed methodologies and delivering strategic recommendations.
  • Take ownership of consultant team to deliver client engagements.
  • Create high-quality research-based consulting deliverables, such as business cases, maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, vendor selection recommendations, or performance metrics reviews.
  • Mentor and partner with other consultants and research analysts to develop repeatable consulting offerings based on our published methodologies.
  • Achieve personal revenue targets on a quarterly basis by delivering research-based consulting projects, including conducting intake interviews, analyzing data using a published methodology to evaluate inputs, synthesizing conclusions, and developing recommendations.
  • Develop high-quality, well-structured, and user-friendly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel client deliverables.
  • Present or co-present findings and recommendations to client Leadership.
  • Partner with sales reps to identify prospects for consulting offerings based on analysis of clients and prospects who attend Forrester events and workshops, request analyst inquiries, or read research reports.
  • Establish and manage client expectations on timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for new research streams based on feedback from clients and trends in our engagements with clients.
  • Develop sample deliverables and associated marketing materials for repeatable consulting offerings based on our published research.

Position requires travel. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. May telecommute up to 40%

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Digital Customer Experience Technologies, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Data and Analytics Digital Operations, Business Administration, or related field followed by eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Sr Consultant-related occupation.

  • Position requires demonstrable experience with each of the following:
  • Management consulting.
  • Proven expertise in leading and executing digital transformation, customer experience (CX) transformation, and IT modernization initiatives across various organizational functions, including marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering programs that enhance an organization's interactions with its customers (e.g., digital experience, customer service, customer analytics, marketing technology, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, customer experience methodologies, digital experience best practices, and/or digital transformation.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior technology decision-makers.
  • Achieving key performance metrics including utilization rates or revenue targets.
  • Working on multiple strategy projects concurrently while balancing the needs of each to achieve superior client satisfaction.
  • Preparing deliverables for clients, owning and delivering the finished product, and taking the outputs of workshops and creating client-facing deliverables for delivery to Senior client executives.
  • Working with subject-matter experts with deep content knowledge.
