This position is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering credit solutions to clients in the Healthtech and Medtech verticals within Life Sciences. This involves leading client engagements, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic account objectives while partnering with key stake holders and partners such as Credit, Relationship Managers, and other control partners. Ensures controls are in place, managed and addressed and elevates and mitigates any emerging risks within their or across the business unit. Trains less experienced associates. Allocates resources to portfolio, pipeline. Develops insights on loan types, sectors. Responsibilities 
 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Commercial banking, credit underwriting or analysis, or relationship management. OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Commercial banking, credit underwriting or analysis, or relationship management. Preferred Qualifications 
 Preferred Area of Study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Area of Experience: Technology or life sciences experience. The base pay for this position is generally between $125,000 - $180,800 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
