      OVERVIEW: The Admissions & Marketing Specialist also manages the registration and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step, and maintains key participant records in alignment with University standards. In addition, this role contributes directly to marketing and outreach efforts by creating and maintaining promotional materials, updating program webpages, and supporting campaigns that generate and convert leads. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They bring strong interpersonal skills and expertise in marketing and admissions to provide an exceptional experience for prospective participants while supporting enrollment and outreach initiatives. A proactive self-starter, they can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. Work Location: The Carlson School of Management, Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, in-person position with flexibility to work occasionally in a hybrid manner. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during program delivery weeks or special events. JOB DESCRIPTION: Admissions (40%)
