Position Overview:  Vibrant is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Queens Affirming Youth and Family Alliance and Community Engagement efforts for Community Programs. This person will be a strong relationship manager with both the funder SAMHSA, community leaders, program participants, and external partners. The Program Manager will have excellent administrative skills to coordinate and lead all program activity, serve as a SME on LGBTQI+ youth and family mental health, and drive a communal support model for LGBTQI+ youth and their caregivers that reduces crises and enhances relationships.
