| Position Title: Family Peer Advocate Department: Community Engagement  Reports to: Program Manager (Allyship Services)  Location: Hybrid-Flex Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed Hourly Pay: $29.23 - $32.97 Travel: Field work required in all NYC boroughs Formerly the Mental Health Association of New York City (MHA-NYC), Vibrant Emotional Health's groundbreaking solutions have delivered high quality services and support, when, where and how people need it for over 50 years. Position Overview:  Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Family Peer Advocate is critical in ensuring the program is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ youth and their families. Family Peer Advocates are committed to the well-being of all, demonstrate respect in every aspect of their work, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. They possess the skills to build and maintain strong relationships. This position will support the impact, growth and trust of Vibrant's programs and its position as a leader within the mental health sphere within NYC via community led spaces and ongoing engagement efforts. The approach centers enhancing parental support which impacts the mental health of young New Yorker's . Duties/Responsibilities:
