| JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Ethics & Business Integrity Integration Lead who is collaborative, strategic, and proactive to join us in our U.S. Ethics & Business Integrity team, based in our Atlanta office in the United States. About the role You will be working with a team to lead and manage strategic projects to advance ethical practices, drive process improvements, and implement change management initiatives across our U.S. operations. This role is pivotal in integrating ethics and business integrity principles into our daily work and supporting impactful training and communications programs. Who you'll work with You will be working closely with the U.S. Head of Ethics & Business Integrity as part of a diverse, cross-functional team that partners closely with colleagues across the U.S. organization. Together, you will ensure our policies are understood, adopted, and continuously improved upon to meet the evolving needs of our U.S. organization. What you'll do * Lead and manage key projects to enhance ethics and business integrity programs * Drive change management initiatives for new or updated policies and processes * Collaborate with teams to implement and track corrective and preventive actions * Manage comprehensive training and communication strategies for all employees * Respond to policy interpretation requests and aggregate feedback for improvements * Benchmark external practices and draft recommendations for policy updates Interested? For this role we're looking for the following Minimum requirements * Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Law, or related field * Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare compliance and 7 years in pharma/biotech * At least 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, FDA regulations, and industry codes * Certified in Healthcare Compliance or willingness to obtain within 1 year * Exceptional communication, analytical, and collaboration skills This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 to $194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
