Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Logistics Supply and Configuration Management Support position at USCG Project Residence Office (PRO) Pascagoula (PROPGLA). Designated as Key Personnel, who shall assist in the planning, coordination, review, development, integration, and execution of IPS and lifecycle sustainment strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities:




  • Support multiple Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including:




    • Supply Support



    • Maintenance Planning & Management



    • Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation (PHS&T)



    • Design Interface



    • Technical Data



    • Training & Training Support



    • Support and Test Equipment





  • Provide technical oversight of the Shipbuilder's logistics Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) development to ensure compliance with PSC and NSC contract requirements; document and report discrepancies to the Task Manager or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).



  • Manage and distribute logistics CDRLs to the USCG matrix review team; track review progress and report status to the PRO Logistics Lead or Task Assignment Manager (TAM).



  • Support management of functional, allocated, and product baselines associated with surface asset acquisition; ensure configuration documentation and design specifications align with approved baselines and as-built configurations.



  • Provide Configuration Data Management (CDM) and Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) support, recording Government review and approval actions and tracking configuration changes such as Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Waterfront Changes (WFC), and Minor Change Notices (MCNs).



  • Identify and track changes to supply support products using the Allowance Change Request (ACR) process; review Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) and Government Furnished Material (GFM) buy lists and material proposals for compliance with established allowances.



  • Collaborate with USCG and USN technical authorities to ensure Government Furnished Information (GFI) accurately represents the as-built configuration of Navy Type/Navy Owned (NT/NO) and Navy Type/Coast Guard Owned (NT/CGO) equipment.



  • Provide logistics support during material load-out events, including coordination with warehouse personnel, inventory facilitation, and documentation of material transfers.



  • Maintain and update PROPGLA/PROGC logistics tracking files using Microsoft Office Suite; prepare and submit data in response to tasking from the TAM or COR.



  • Support production and post-delivery logistics operations and contribute subject matter expertise to improve logistics processes and drive innovation.



  • Participate in risk management activities, including planning, identification, analysis, and mitigation; identify lifecycle logistics issues and recommend corrective actions.



  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with USCG technical authorities, PSC and NSC PMOs, USN representatives, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Shipbuilder logistics personnel, and Pre-Commissioning (PRECOM) Cutter's Force.



  • Attend and support logistics conferences, Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and production milestones; occasional travel (up to four trips annually) to the Washington, D.C. area may be required.



  • Provide routine and surge support as needed to meet program objectives and contract milestones.




Required Skills/Abilities



  • Intermediate level knowledge in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office Access databases.
  • Knowledge of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical shipboard systems.
  • Knowledge of the 12 IPS elements and how they interrelate with CM principles
  • Knowledge on DMS items and how they become integrated within the PSC and NSC programs.
  • Maintains or the ability to receive secret clearance within 6 months of starting.
  • U.S. citizenship required


Education and Experience:




  • 10+ years of proven experience developing and managing Configuration Management (CM) and Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements within an acquisition environment.



  • 5+ years of experience conducting configuration audits and validations.



  • 4+ years of hands-on experience applying data management processes.



  • 4+ years of progressive experience working with military configuration management policies and procedures, including MIL-HDBK-61A (SE), MIL-STD-973, NAVSEAINST 4130.12B, and COMDTINST M4130.6B.
