| About Us Overview Brightview Senior Living is excited to share that due to an internal transfer, we are looking for a wonderful Nurse to fill the role of Health Services Director (DON / Resident Care Director) at Brightview in Wakefield, MA! The Health Services Director (sometimes known as the Director of Nursing or Resident Care Director) exemplifies the vision, the mission, and the vibrancy of the organization and leads the delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents. Responsibilities In this role, you will develop and lead a team of Licensed Nursing Associates and provide clinical supervision to MedTechs and Resident Assistants. Under your leadership, the team will work together to implement comprehensive resident care plans that meet the high Brightview standards of nursing practice and comply with appropriate regulations.  Salary Range USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
