| Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities within the Procedure Room to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Provide leadership and guidance to the Procedure Room. -Assistant team, including training, scheduling, and performance management. -Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper coverage and efficient workflow. -Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. -Assist with patient preparation for surgical procedures, including proper positioning, prepping, and draping. -Ensure that all necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments are available and properly set up for each procedure. -Collaborate with nursing and procedural teams to ensure timely and accurate patient information and documentation.
