 As a Product Support Management Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will supporting the development and execution of integrated sustainment strategies for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems.      Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that capture milestones, dependencies, resource assignments, and critical path analysis Build and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned to project scope and deliverablesCoordinate across engineering, logistics, contracts, and financial teams to support complex projects and deliverablesTrack and update project action items, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with management and leadership prioritiesPrepare briefing materials, status reports, and documentation to support decision-making by senior leadershipFacilitate stakeholder meetings, maintain minutes, and monitor follow-up actions to ensure accountabilitySupport life-cycle sustainment planning efforts, including document coordination and data consolidationApply project management best practices and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK) to ensure consistent and quality executionCommunicate clearly and professionally in oral, written, and verbal formats with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications
 
 
     5 years or more of related experienceBachelor's degree in field related areasStrong experience in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft ProjectDemonstrated ability to build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned to project deliverablesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, finance, and contractsStrong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detailExcellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to diverse audiencesProven ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: 
     PMP certification preferred; strong understanding of project management principles and best practices (e.g., PMBOK) |
