Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of our crucial enterprise-wide systems (e.g. our Internal Communication system WorkJam, our Inventory Management system CrunchTime NetChef, our ERP system Workday, etc.). Such systems help the company manage business critical domains such as food and beverage costs, workforce management, and ERP; thus, enabling higher productivity and streamlined processes. The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for becoming an expert in their designated business domains and applications, and support users of all levels at the corporate office and at restaurant locations. This position is a member of the team that is accountable for the successful implementation, rollout, and management of the tools and processes within one or more such business domains.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the configuration and administration of enterprise-wide systems (e.g., Workday, CrunchTime NetChef, Legion, etc.) for use at the corporate office and at restaurant locations.
  • Documents the standard guide and keeps it up to date as new features are added and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) change.
  • Plans and executes maintenance for these systems, including, but not limited to regular releases of new features & patches.
  • Ensures that the systems remain in sync with other integrated systems. Monitors data related errors and then applies remediation to rapidly fix any issues by acting as a liaison between IS and non-IS departments.
  • Maintains/manages reports, screens, and processes for deprecated / updated fields from releases.Maintains/manages expired and scheduled jobs, along with security profiles.
  • Monitors and reports on system metrics and KPIs, such as system adoption, product performance, etc.
  • Performs product support as needed by responding to and resolving incidents, issues, and tickets regarding the ERP product and related systems and processes.
  • May support Product Manager with implementing Product Backlog items and attending Change Control meetings.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IS, or related field
  • Minimum five years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
  • Prior experience in implementation and/or administration of ERP systems, specifically Workday, required; administrative and/or implementation experience in at least one of the following two is preferred: labor management system (e.g., Legion) or other such systems and/or Operations systems (e.g., CrunchTime & NetChef)
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $43.26 - $66.82 / per hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
