Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Spindle Repair Technician. This role is perfect for someone with basic mechanical skills who's eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment. You'll assist with inspecting, cleaning, and repairing spindle components used in CNC machines and other industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Help disassemble and clean spindle units under supervision.
  • Learn to inspect parts for wear or damage using basic tools.
  • Assist with replacing bearings and other components.
  • Support testing and balancing of repaired spindles.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Document work performed and parts used.



Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Candidates with an Industrial Machine Repair or Automotive Mechanic background are encouraged to apply.
  • One to three years of on-the-job experience preferred but will train qualified candidates.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Good attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet.
