JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
About the Role - You Will:
*Lift component parts from completed units while maintaining a quality standard.
*Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly: Safety, Quality, Production, and Housekeeping (5S requirements).
*Follow all quality and process standards and guidelines; Inspect work to ensure compliance.
*Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:
*May work various shifts as needed; may be requested to travel to different locations.
*Lifting up to 45 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds. The heaviest module that we have is 83 pounds and requires 2-man lifting.
*Able to walk, stand (100%), crouch (5-10%), bench (0), kneel (0), lift (up to 100% of day), carry (5-10%) and reach (constantly) as needed in large and tight spaces.
*Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color variations, depth perceptions and close or distance visual items.
*Manual dexterity with occasional repetitive finger motion.

Environmental Demands:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with extreme heat and cold conditions.
*Works with irritant chemicals, gases, etc.

Your Experience Includes:
Educational background with at least a High School diploma or equivalent degree
*1 of Experience in electro-mechanical assembly preferred, but not necessary.
