About Us: Keysight Technologies is a leading provider of test and measurement solutions specializing in Digital, Optical, High-Speed SERDES, and Network Test, Security and Visibility. We are at the forefront of innovation in Wireless and RF testing and network expansion, offering cutting-edge technology to our clients across diverse industries.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive sales and manage relationships within our Enterprise Strategic customer segment. This role requires a deep understanding of test and measurement products and network architecture (routing, switching and cyber-security). Areas of top interest in Network Test, Visibility, and Security with good to have experience in Digital, Optical and High-Speed SERDES to support growth in data center and AI/ML architectures. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of Wireless and RF testing to effectively engage and support our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Relationship Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
* Product Expertise and Solution Selling:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Keysight product portfolio focused on Network Test, Visibility, and Security with good to have experience in Digital, Optical and High-Speed SERDES

Leverage expertise in Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
* Account Development:
Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new enterprise prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
* Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
* Market Insights and Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products, with a focus on Network Test, Visibility, and Security with secondary in Digital, Optical and High-Speed SERDES

* Strong knowledge of Wireless and RF testing, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions.
* Experience in managing enterprise accounts and working with strategic customers, and experience with Ixia, Gigamon, Spirent, Cisco, Juniper or Nvidia is beneficial.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
