   | Description
 | Duties include to monitor process and packaging, perform process samples, and follow all Safety 
 and cGMP rules at the Midlothian Site. Responsible for ensuring all related SOPs and plant rules
 
 pertaining to cGMP, safety, and personal conduct are followed. Help maintain an effective Food Safety and Quality System and support its ongoing improvement, and be committed to producing quality, safe and legal products that meet or exceed our customer's specifications and comply with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.

         | Role Specific Responsibilities:
           
           
            Compliance:Run production during the scheduled shift, running process samples, offloading raw material, and follow all relevant SOPsBe able to cover for all Operator tasks and jobsEnsure cGMP procedures are followedEnsure product is produced, packaged, and stored correctlyAdvise the Supervisor to resolve day-to-day plant issuesAdvise the Supervisor to resolve reoccurring issues and equipment malfunctionsAssist in maintenance activities in the production areaAssist to document accurate batch document and control log sheetsPerforms additional duties as assigned/required 
            Problem Solving and Innovation:Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangementsReports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptlyActs in a safe and responsible manner at all times 
            Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Active participation in continuous improvement activitiesParticipates in problem-solvingTakes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the businessAssists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team membersExercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance
