         | Key Responsibilities:
           
           
            Required Experience:Strategic Leadership:Set and execute the vision for the business, aligning operational, commercial, and financial objectives to maximize growth, and profitability.P&L Ownership:Manage overall business performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, asset utilization, working capital management and plant operations.Operational Excellence:Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.Regulatory & Environmental Compliance:Ensure robust processes and controls to comply with environmental, safety, and industry regulations, in conjunction with support functions.Commercial Management:Lead sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies to deepen customer intimacy, expand into new markets, and drive value-added solutions.Change Management:Champion continuous improvement initiatives, challenge the status quo, and drive transformation across the organization.Stakeholder Management:Build trust and credibility with investors, board members, customers, and employees through transparent communication and effective relationship management.Team Leadership:Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.M&A and Integration:Lead operational due diligence, assess synergies, and integrate teams and systems post-merger or acquisition.Regulatory & Environmental Compliance:Ensure robust processes and controls to comply with environmental, safety, and industry regulations. 
            Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Relevant Industry Experience:Proven leadership in a growth-oriented manufacturing or related business of at least $500 million. Strong understanding of the chemical industry or process manufacturing strongly preferred.Functional Expertise:Demonstrated strengths in operations, commercial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and business development. Ability to analyze business performance and drive strategic initiatives.Data / Systems Experience:Experience leveraging ERP and business intelligence systems to drive transparency, operational improvement, and performance management.Team Building:Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performance teams with a strong culture of excellence.International Experience:Preferred experience managing commercial and operations globally , including with country-specific commercial and manufacturing teams.Education:Undergraduate degree required, preferably in engineering, or a related field, with chemical knowledge a plus. An MBA or advanced degree is desirable.Private Equity Experience:Experience working in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
