| Summary: Are you able to anticipate the needs of a team before they arise? Do you want to help a team stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues? Mortenson is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Energy Storage Group with the ability to work well with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, inventive, enthusiastic, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. As a Project Administrative Assistant, you are at the heart of the business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will be handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an aptitude to work independently or with little supervision. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest software and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Hiring Locations: MN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform regular administrative tasks and overall office organization

 A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) 
 The base pay range for this role is $58,100 - $78,400 (The actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%) Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
