We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Heat Treat Operator to join our client's growing manufacturing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming raw materials into high-quality components that meet demanding customer standards - all while working in a safety-focused, team-driven environment.

Schedule: 3rd shift

Pay Rate: $21 - $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and monitor heat-treating furnaces and related equipment according to established procedures.
  • Prepare parts for processing by loading and unloading furnaces, fixtures, and baskets.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - promoting 5S and safety best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about any equipment or process irregularities.
  • Handle customer products with care to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in heat treating or a related manufacturing role.
  • Working knowledge of metallurgy, heat-treating temperatures, and materials handling.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as needed.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in an industrial environment.
