Position Summary
We are seeking candidates to oversee data collection and document management for PAC-3 missile testing program and provide test facilitation support of Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD).
What You'll Do
 
 
  
  - Oversee data and document management for PAC-3 missile testing program, within the confines of a classified Open Storage Area, local and remote site and overseas testing.
- Manage a team supporting the creation and management of unclassified and classified reports and supporting documentation
- Responsible for the processing and storage of test data and overseeing test site data security to include data collection, transport and storage
- Coordinate between multiple contractors and government entities for Joint Analysis Reviews and live edits locally and remotely
- Manage Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) relay equipment management in support of test, to include relay configuration, start-up, and monitoring
- Manage field quality control of data collectors tasked to collect test data Collect, transmit, and manage remote electronic data collection
- Coordinate remote data collection for Network Integration Evaluation (NIE) testing on White Sands Missile Range Manual, electronic and instrumentation data collection for field testing of multiple pieces of military equipment.
- Writing of trouble incident reports (TIRs) and reporting of equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) supporting tests
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
 
 
  
  - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience
- Understanding of government processes and compliance
- Experience with technical writing and documentation
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex/technical information in a manner that others can understand
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to develop training materials to train data collectors to collect the pertinent data points outlined in the Data Collection Plan
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
- US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.
