As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a bustling retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff. This position is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at retail and mall locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities during patrols, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with access control and/or visitor management processes as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols and instructions from management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
