Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a reassuring presence for visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at retail and mall locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall area and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for potential concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or directing individuals as appropriate.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and interactions according to site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while promoting a positive atmosphere at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
