Hospital Medicine Physician - Full Time Dover, NH Join Our Community: Hospital Medicine Physician Opportunity in Dover, NH Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Hospital Medicine Physician to join our collaborative inpatient team in Dover, New Hampshire. This position offers a true work-life balance with a 1 week on / 1 week off schedule, no night shifts, and clearly defined daytime hours. This is an excellent opportunity to practice community-based hospital medicine with the clinical support and resources of the Mass General Brigham system. What You'll Do: Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to adult patients Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges Coordinate care with subspecialists, nursing, and ancillary services Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Serve as admitting physician during 3-4 weeks/year of swing shift coverage Why Join Us?
