What You Will Do as a Fit Center Specialist

This position exists to ensure that all new recruits receive complete uniforms and that the uniforms fit properly. Additional duties includes performing stocking functions, receiving in personalized name tags, and assisting the manager as required.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Works closely with trainees to determine their uniform customization requirements.This includes physically measuring and assisting trainees to ensure the proper fit of uniform items.
  • Enter trainee uniform orders into company ordering system.
  • Provide uniform order issuance to ensure trainees receive their complete uniform allotment.
  • Assists with inventory processing including but not limited to truck unloading, receiving and counting of inventory, stocking of bins and shelves, cycle counting, etc.
  • Drive company vehicle to pick up inventory items from warehouse as needed.
  • Reviews personalized name tapes/plates to ensure accuracy in preparation for distribution to students.
  • Performs various location duties assigned by Fit Center Supervisor.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lb boxes on a regular basis and store in racking system.
  • Must be team oriented and able to work in a small team environment.

Skills for Success:

  • HS school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Good computer skills required
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must perform quality work
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Must be neat in appearance
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check and have a valid NM driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
