About the Role We're seeking a skilled and motivated Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll represent clients before the IRS, prepare tax returns, and craft strategic resolution plans tailored to each unique case. Key Responsibilities * Represent clients in IRS audits, collections, and appeals * Prepare and review individual and business tax returns * Develop and execute tax resolution strategies (e.g., Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements) * Communicate with clients to gather documentation and explain resolution options * Stay current on federal and state tax laws * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case progress Must-Have Qualifications * Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential * Experience communicating directly with the IRS on behalf of clients * Proven background in preparing individual and business tax returns * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Preferred Skills * Experience with tax resolution software (e.g., PitBullTax, Canopy) * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus * Familiarity with Nevada state tax issues Additional Skills & Attributes * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Strong written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach * Candidates with HR Block experience will not be considered Top Skills * Tax Preparation * IRS Representation * Customer Service * Case Management Ready to make a difference in the lives of taxpayers?
