 Position Title: Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (Central) (LSC, OSC) Position Summary: The Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Central, supports leadership in near and long term financial planning, reporting and analysis. The Manager is responsible for overseeing staff that support with financial modeling, forecasting and delivering on key processes and tracking of JetBlue's financial results. This crewmember also develops presentations for Senior Management, and the Executive Leadership Team. The Manager also assists with other ad hoc analysis as requested. This position reports to the Senior Manager FP&A, Central. Essential Responsibilities: 
 
   
 Provide strategic guidance and sound business decision support to leaders through proper financial analysis, collaboration and good thinkingSupport the overall capital budget planning process and tracking of capital spendOwnership of the FP&A planning system, supporting data management, system enhancements, and partnership with IT on overall maintenancePromote communication and collaboration between the operational departments and other workgroupsInstill ownership and ensure accountability amongst operational leadership through education and awarenessCreate education/awareness and facilitate the utilization of our Corporate policies and proceduresPartner in creating and maintaining forecasts and long term planningAnalyze profitability trendsPerform ad hoc analysis requested by senior managementTake a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, goal achievement and developmentPartner in creating and maintaining short and long-term forecastsOther duties as assigned
 
 Minimum Experience and Qualifications: 
 
   
 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, a quantitative field, or related area; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experienceFive (5) years of budgeting and/or analytical experienceExperience querying large data sets using Structured Query Language (SQL) and using analytical tools such as TableauProficient with the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and analytical skillsAbility to interact daily with people at different levels within the organization, including developing and maintaining ongoing relationshipsComfortable making presentations to senior leadershipAvailable for occasional overnight travel (15%)Must pass a pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

 The base pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $136,200.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more
