Eagle Court Memory Care, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Housing Manager to join our growing team.

Eagle Point Senior Living opened in 2018 and overlooks the beautiful Fox River, near downtown in the heart of Appleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Eagle Point provides stable management and a welcoming staff!

Shifts Available: FT Days, including MOD Rotation
Wage: $55,000-$70,000, DOE

Our Senior Living Housing Managers become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position, you and the Executive Director will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the community's business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post Secondary Education with a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising.
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
