We are seeking an experienced Senior In-House Commercial Electricianto support ongoing electrical projects and service within the historic Amoskeag Mills complex in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems and be comfortable working in a large, multi-use facility environment. How you will make an impact as a Commercial Electrician: Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems. Work on fire alarm systems, Security camera & key card systems, HVAC controls, and high-low-voltage controls wiring. Inspect, test, and repair electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Collaborate with building maintenance, contractors, and facilities teams to plan and execute work efficiently. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and installations. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Skills you will need to be successful: Minimum 20 years of commercial/industrial electrician experience. Strong knowledge of: fire alarm systems security systems HVAC control wiring automation systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience working in the Amoskeag mill buildings preferred Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
