                                                                                    | Description **Successful hires for the Maintenance Mechanic - Class B position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!** The Maintenance Mechanic - Class B will perform a variety of supervised maintenance and repair tasks related to Inpro's buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm-10:00pmPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: 
  Key Responsibilities:
 
 Repair and maintain buildings, facilities, machines, and equipment using general trade knowledge. 
 Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing windows, doors, roofs, floors, and stairways. 
 Construct shipping crates and pallets as needed. 
 Replace small electrical switches, fuses, motor controls, and lighting fixtures. 
 Perform seasonal maintenance such as snow removal. 
 Assist higher-skilled maintenance mechanics as directed. 
 Monitor and organize maintenance inventory and supplies. 
 Complete and maintain required paperwork, records, and documentation. 
 Follow all safety protocols and work rules. 
 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area. 
 Perform other duties as assigned. 
 
  Physical and Skill Requirements:
 
 Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other departments. 
 Complete all work safely, efficiently, and accurately. 
 Support and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) program. 
 
  Authority:
 
 Ability to sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, and climb. 
 Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 75-100 lbs. occasionally. 
 Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for mechanical work. 
 Good vision and depth perception. 
 Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. 
 
  
 
 Authorized to stop production for non-conforming quality or safety issues. 
 Responsible for reporting non-conforming materials or unsafe conditions to management. 
 Empowered to make logical decisions based on experience and company policy.
